It all starts with you! Fill out our application form to let us know about your business, your goals, and what you’re looking for. We’ll review your details and reach out within 48 hours to schedule a Discovery Call. This call is all about getting to know you, aligning expectations, and seeing if we’re the perfect fit for each other. If we’re confident we can deliver results, we’ll move forward with a custom proposal tailored to your needs. Once the contract is signed and the first invoice is paid, we’re officially on board together – let the magic begin!
1. Say Hello!
We’ll dive deep into your brand’s identity, goals, and audience to create a roadmap that ensures your content aligns with your business objectives. This strategy becomes the foundation for everything we do.
2. A Custom Strategy - just for you!
For many of our clients, high-quality visuals are essential. We offer professional product photography, lifestyle shoots, & UGC-style short-form video creation to elevate your content. Don’t need us to handle the visuals? No problem! We do, however, require that all clients provide high-quality assets for us to work with – because amazing visuals drive amazing results.
3. Content Creation (if applicable)
No more scrambling to figure out what to post! Using our centralized planning system, we’ll craft captions, design posts, and layout a seamless content flow tailored to your strategy. Collaboration is key – you’ll have the opportunity to review, approve, and even tweak your content before anything goes live. What about Reels and TikTok? If we don’t create them for you, you will receive weekly prompts, directions, tips and tricks. You will shoot your own video content. We make it easy to share through a shared iCloud album where you will be able to upload all your raw video clips and share it with our team, and we will handle all the editing!
4. Content Calendar
We handle the day-to-day management of your social media accounts, ensuring everything runs smoothly while using smart strategies to grow your audience. From engaging with followers in comments and messages to monitoring brand reputation and responding quickly, we take care of it all. Depending on the scope of your plan, we’ll incorporate growth tactics like paid ads, influencer partnerships, or other innovative strategies to help you reach your goals faster.
5. Daily Management & Engagement
Transparency and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Every month, you’ll receive a detailed report breaking down key performance metrics, wins, and areas for improvement. Once the initial paperwork is completed, the next step is filling out our detailed brand and business questionnaire. This helps us understand everything we need to know about your business. After that, we’ll hop on a kickoff call to align on strategy, set expectations, and ensure we’re all on the same page. From there, our team hits the ground running.
Here’s how the process flows:
1. Drafting Your Content: Within 2-4 week, we’ll create the first draft of your social media posts and feed layout.
2. Feedback & Revisions: You’ll review the draft and provide feedback. We allow up to two rounds of revisions to make sure the visuals perfectly match your vision.
3. Finalization: Once we have your feedback on both visuals and copy, we’ll finalize your content calendar. We start each partnership planning content on a weekly basis, to ensure we’re on the same page. If applicable, we may start planning bi-weekly content, but never more than that - to accommodate the timely platform and algorithm changes and your business news, events, and promotions.
4. Posting & Management: After approval, we’ll and begin posting on your behalf. Throughout the month, we’ll stay in touch to answer questions, make adjustments, and collaborate on ideas.
5. Ongoing Communication: We believe that proactive communication is the key to success. That’s why we’ll stay connected with you through your private Slack channel, where collaboration happens in real time. Whether it’s updates on performance, brainstorming ideas, or ensuring we’re aligned with your goals, our team will keep you in the loop every step of the way. We’re here to make sure your questions are answered, your vision is clear, and your strategy is always moving forward.

The more assets and direction you provide, the more opportunities we have to create truly standout social media content. We encourage you to compile and share your branding guidelines, logos, images, videos, and any UGC content.
Don’t have all the visuals yet? No worries! We can create them for you. Just remember, the fewer assets and direction you provide, the more creative freedom we’ll take. Keep this in mind, as it may influence the time required for revisions if the final result differs from your initial vision.

We don’t lock you into any long term contracts. We are a 4 month commitment to start, then month to month. 4 months gives us enough time to get ramped up, find what works, what doesn’t work, and optimize and adjust for best results. We offer discounts for six and twelve month contracts - we greatly appreciate our long-term clients who are willing to trust the process!
