Here’s How It Works:
1. KICK OFF AND CREATIVE DIRECTION
Every project starts with clarity. We’ll send you a creative intake form to understand your brand, content goals, upcoming initiatives, and how you plan to use the assets (social, email, web, etc.). From there, we’ll hop on a kickoff call to align on your vision, priorities, and preferences.
This sets the strategy that guides every piece of content we create.
2. MONTHLY CONTENT PLAN
At the start of each month, we’ll check in to gather any timely updates: product launches, promos, seasonal themes, or key messaging shifts. Then, we’ll send over a clear content outline that articulates what we plan to shoot, how we’ll style it, and any inspiration or reference visuals. You’ll have full approval before we begin.
3. SHOOT & PRODUCTION
Here’s where the magic happens. Depending on your package, we’ll either:
Shoot in-house (products are shipped to our Charlotte studio)
Shoot on-location (perfect for Charlotte-based clients or when the vision calls for a specific backdrop)
We’ll handle:
Creative direction and styling
Prop sourcing and model coordination (when applicable)
UGC-style iPhone content or studio-quality photo/video, based on your package
Every shoot is organized, efficient, and rooted in your brand aesthetic.
4. DELIVERY & FINAL ASSETS
Within 2 weeks of your shoot, you’ll receive your edited deliverables, ready to use across platforms. Photos and videos are professionally edited to match your brand. If your package includes short-form video, we’ll add music, text overlays, and transitions.
